Tubient utilizes YouTube API Services to provide analytics visualizations. All metrics are provided directly by YouTube API. By using Tubient, you are also agreeing to be bound by the:

To provide our AI-powered analytics services, our API Client performs the following actions regarding your YouTube data:

• Access

  We access your YouTube channel profile (name, handle, thumbnail) and your YouTube Analytics data (views, watch time, subscribers, and engagement metrics).

• Collection

  We collect and store your channel ID and basic metadata (including video titles and durations) to personalize your experience, enable instant visual recognition, and identify your associated analytics pipelines.

• Storage

  We store your analysis pipelines (nodes, edges, configurations), AI conversation history, and optimized video metadata in our secure database to persist your work across devices and reduce API latency.

• Usage

  All accessed data is used exclusively to generate visualizations, provide AI-driven insights, and maintain your session history. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Tubient provides a visual dashboard for YouTube analytics. We provide tools to create data pipelines, visualize metrics, and interact with an AI assistant to generate insights. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

When using Tubient, you agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service to distribute malware or perform any malicious activity.
• Abuse or circumvent API quotas and limitations.
• Use the AI assistant to generate prohibited or harmful content.

The technology, design, and branding of Tubient are the intellectual property of Tubient and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or internal business channel analysis.

In no event shall Tubient or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Tubient's website.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
