Premium Node
The Premium Node is a unified, high-performance container that handles all advanced analytical capabilities in Tubient. Rather than cluttering your canvas with separate specialized node types, a single Premium Node dynamically morphs to support any premium tools your account is subscribed to.
Subscription Requirements
Premium tools are locked under the Paid Plan subscription. If a user on a free plan attempts to run these tools, the platform will politely prompt them to upgrade their account at the /account dashboard.
Multiple Filters, One Chart
Non-temporal premium tools — Z-Score, Engagement, Retention, Conversion Rate, Watch Time Contribution, and Shorts Feed Performance — can compare videos from more than one filter at once. Connect a second video filter to the node and, as long as both filters share the same Date Range node, their videos merge into the same chart instead of needing a duplicate node. Filters pointed at different date ranges stay on separate nodes.
One exception: Shorts Feed Performance only accepts Shorts. A filter scoped to long-form videos or livestreams will not connect to it, because "Swiped Away" describes the Shorts feed and has no meaning on a watch page. A mixed or unscoped filter is fine — only its Shorts are measured.
Channel Health
Channel Health distils how your channel is doing into a single 0–100 score with a plain-language rating — Excellent, Good, Fair, or Needs Attention. Ask "how is my channel doing?" and Tubient drops a standalone Channel Health node on the canvas. It needs no Date Range and no Filter, because it always reads your whole channel.
The score measures your channel against its own history, not against other creators — so "Good" means you are doing well for you, wherever your channel is in its journey. It weighs the momentum of your subscribers, views, and watch time alongside how consistently you upload. Channel Health needs at least 90 days of history to establish a baseline; newer channels show a still-calculating state until enough data has accumulated.
Your score is recalculated once a day. While it is up to date, the node shows just the score and rating, with no date. If the score has not been updated for more than two days, the node keeps showing your last good score and adds a small as of date beneath the rating (for example, as of 10 Sept 2026) so you can see how current it is. The note disappears again after the next successful update.
Z-Score Metric Selection
To perform a Z-Score Analysis, the Premium Node calculates statistical deviations and identifies performance anomalies (outliers). This requires choosing a base metric to calculate the Z-Scores against. You can select your secondary metric—such as Views, Likes, Comments, Shares, Watch Hours, AVD, AVP, or Engaged Views—directly from the dropdown menu in the Premium Node panel.
YouTube Reporting API Limitation
Please note that daily Impressions and CTR metrics are only available for the 30 days prior to joining the paid plan due to limitations in the YouTube Reporting API.
Available Tools
- Audience Retention Second-by-second normalized drop-off graphs overlaid in the Main Chart's middle panel. Flags thin-sample curves using the window's view count.
- Retention Trend Historical progression of average view durations (AVD) over calendar dates.
- Retention Direct side-by-side rankings of relative retention efficiency across cohorts.
- Engagement Trend Multi-series time trend lines representing subscriber actions (likes/comments/shares).
- Engagement Side-by-side engagement benchmarks across specific filtered videos.
- Conversion Rate Trend Channel-wide daily subscriber conversion rate (subscribers gained per view, as a percentage) plotted as a trend line. Connects to a Date Range. Note that this rate is divided by your views, so it can dip around 27 August 2026 simply because views started being counted differently.
- Conversion Rate Per-video comparison of subscriber conversion rate (subscribers gained per view) across a filtered set of videos. Requires a video Filter. Same caveat as the trend above: the rate can dip around 27 August 2026 because of the change to view counting, not because fewer viewers subscribed.
- Thumbnail Impressions Shows daily thumbnail impressions for a video or cohort as a trend line.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) Shows daily click-through rate (CTR) percentage for a video or cohort as a trend line.
- Z-Score Analysis Comparative bar charts measuring cohort deviations and identifying statistical outliers (e.g. viral anomalies).
- Watch Time Contribution Proportional pie/bar visualization showing which uploads drive the most channel watch hours.
- Shorts Performance Dedicated momentum scoring and swipe-away rates for vertical feed uploads. Shorts only — long-form filters are rejected.
- Engaged View Rate What share of your views were engaged views, as an Engaged vs Passed split. Works on every format. Since views started being counted from the first frame, this shows how much of your view count is brief exposure rather than someone actually watching.
- Channel Health A single 0–100 score rating how your whole channel is doing against its own history, with an Excellent/Good/Fair/Needs Attention label. Standalone — needs no Date or Filter.
